  • Aetna experienced the biggest decrease to their High Deductible and PPO plans (15%).  Of which they did not revert the decrease.
  • Blue Cross Independence had the smallest amount of changes to rates out of all companies that offer plans.
  • Coventry had the most volatility in their rates during 2011, raising them twice, decreasing once, and then raising them again.  The net result of which was an increase of 17%.
  • Assurant raised their rates the most, increasing them by 21% between January and December.
