Broomfield, Colorado – July 20, 2010 – Oxlo Systems Inc. announces and extended agreement with VW Credit for auto dealer software integration services.  These integration services include providing access for their dealers to the Oxlo Open Vehicle Finance Network (OVFN™) and enabling their DSP partners to utilize Oxlo's Patented Self Service Interoperability (SSI™) and Certification Services. With this extension, Oxlo Systems will continue to support all integrated business processes including Credit Application, Credit Decision, and Contract Validation. VW Credit will be an early adopter of a fully automated contract validation for their customers and dealers.

Broomfield, CO & Auburn Hills, MI – September 06, 2007 – Oxlo Systems Inc., the operator of the leading Dealer Integration Network, has announced that they will provide a major, new electronic communications interface for VW Credit, Inc.’s FinanceSource system. FinanceSource is replacing VCI’s current Dealer Extranet system used by Volkswagen, Audi and Bentley dealers in the United States and Canada. The first phase of FinanceSource will facilitate the automated submission and decision approval process of credit applications, improving customers’ retail experience and shortening the overall vehicle financing process.
