Broomfield, Colo. and Windsor, Ont. – March 12, 2007 – Oxlo Systems Inc., the operator of the leading Dealer Integration Network, and Chrysler Financial Canada announce an agreement for Oxlo to provide auto dealer software integration services for the new STAR compliant, AutOrigination™. AutOrigination is Chrysler Financial’s contract verification system that electronically submits all documentation necessary for originating an automotive customer contract, expediting vehicle sales with accurate, secure information at the point-of-sale.

“Chrysler Financial’s partnership with Oxlo allows us to successfully roll out AutOrigination to our extended Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge dealer service provider network,” said Gino Cozza, Managing Director, Chrysler Financial Canada. “Chrysler Financial will utilize the Oxlo integration network for the management of our real-time, industry leading technology AutOrigination. Our technology ensures a positive dealer experience by virtually eliminating contract errors and significantly increasing customer satisfaction through a much more efficient contract process,” added Cozza.

Oxlo will manage auto dealer software integration, including certification on behalf of Chrysler Financial, as well as manage the on-going network transactions between dealers’ systems and Chrysler Financial’s system. The capabilities provided by the two companies will streamline the loan origination process by pre-populating contract data fields, enabling dealers to work within the familiar environment of their existing software applications, and electronically submitting the documents over a real-time, secure network.
