Two companies decreased rates without changing coverage in Florida during 2011. Humana One had the largest decrease, their rates in December were 24% less than their rates in January. Cigna decreased their rates by 15 to 19% during 2011. The largest increase came from Assurant by a factor of about 18%. Other companies increased rates steadily by about 3% each quarter.
